Only complaint is that the painted picture frame appeared to have what were thought to be two glue drops on it, which ruined the piece. I had to repaint it myself to give the gift in time for X-Mas (rather than exchange the product). Also the clear plastic window (instead of glass) that held the picture into the frame had scratches all over it, which created a lot of ugly glare when viewed.
