They arrived as advertised, but I would not buy this product again because the holding pins at the back, which hold the photos in place, are (1) very difficult to turn, and (2) are placed too close to the backings behind the photos, so that, even though I turned them all the way, they still overlapped the backings, making it impossible to remove them so that I could insert my photos. Finally, I had to simply unscrew a few of them. The frames are still usable, as each photo slot has 4 holding pins (one for each edge/side), but it would be a pain to replace the photos.
