Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)Given the expense of this dish rack, I wonder how many reviewers are suffering cognitive dissonance to give it a full 5 stars. This dish rack has good features, but some of the downsides haven't been listed here.
a) Worst feature: most of this dish rack is plastic, including the drip tray, the silverware holder, and the bottom portion of the knife holder. The only steel is the outer wall and, of course, the wiring. The plastic drip tray has a very cheap feel to it.
b) Best feature: infinitely configurable. True, the spout can only handle 3 directions (it's not long enough to go to the other end of the dish rack), but since you can flip the plastic tray, you can still orient the dish rack with the cup rack facing outward. The inner rack can also be flipped, and the silverware holder can be placed at either end to suit different kitchen geometries.
c) The bamboo knife rack is an interesting gimmick, but not tall enough to accommodate anything longer than a steak knife.
d) The plastic feet raise the dish rack way off the ground. If you have overhanging cupboards, you probably won't want to use these plastic feet. However, be aware that the dish rack can then move and slide quite easily on the steel wire feet.
Overall rating is 4 stars, because this product is better than average both in looks and in function. However, the product is a little bit overpriced for what you are getting. Don't assume premium construction from the premium price.

For a convenient way to dry stacks of freshly washed dishes, turn to this highly efficient, space-saving rack. The unit's removable inner wire frame provides generous space for multiple plates and saucers, and its convenient row of tines can be flipped up for additional plates or flipped down to make room for larger pots, pans, and mixing bowls. The rack also comes with four flip-out cup holders, which suspend mugs, plastic cups, glassware, and goblets upside-down for thorough air-drying; an extra-large utensil holder with drain holes that keep air circulating; and a natural bamboo knife-block attachment, which protects various sizes of knives by securing them in an upright position. Even more, the unit's ABS plastic drip tray offers a three-way pivoting drain spout that accommodate any sink's orientation, as well as an extendable design that pulls out past the cup holders to keep drips and puddles off the counter. Other highlights include a solid steel frame, an elegant fingerprint-proof coating that prevents smudges, a sleek look that blends handsomely with any kitchen's decor, and an easy-to-clean design--the drip tray, utensil holder, and inner wire frame can all be cleaned as needed in the dishwasher. The drying rack measures 15 by 21-2/5 by 8-1/2 inches and carries a five-year limited warranty.
