The item I received was not at all like what is described in the above listing. THE PRINT DOES NOT COME FRAMED. The print and frame are very cheap quality. I received a cheap-looking black plastic frame with a plastic covering and no mat. The print was torn and still looked crumpled after I assembled it into the frame. I was embarassed to give it to the intended recipient as her Christmas gift and offered to buy a quality framed print to replace the trash they sent.
I was charged over $50 for shipping for a inferior product. The product had to be shipped twice due to some kind of errors which the company neglected to tell me. After leaving several voice mails and email messages, I was told about the situation but never given an expected arrival date. I barely received the item in time for Christmas even though I ordered it in plenty of time.
I will never use this company again. Purchasing from them was an awful experience.
