This actually was a gift for my girlfriend (and myself I just don't tell her). She loves pinup stuff (so do I again I don't tell her) and we didn't have any Betty artwork so she found this. It is a great quality print and it was bigger than I had imagined. It now is displayed right next to our velvet painting of a woman. Love it!

Bettie Page (1923-2008) born Bettie Mae Page in Nashville, Tenessee, was an American model. She became famous in the 1950s as pin up model and has even been called "The Queen of Pinups." She was the centerfold in Playboy in January of 1955. She became a Christian missionary in the late 1950s and continued this work in most of the 1960s. She had a nervous breakdown in 1979 and was diagnosed with schizophrenia. A small cult following was built around Page in the 1980s.

This is a high quality poster print by artist Victoria Frances. It arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. I plan on buying more items like this.

Victoria Frances is a Spanish illustrator, born in Valencia. She is a graduate of the Universidad de Bellas Artes in Spain. Her work is very goth-inspired: ghostly women in long dresses are perhaps the most common characters found in her art. Unsurprisingly, she cites her influences as Edgar Allan Poe, Anne Rice and H.P. Lovecraft. She also claims to have been influenced by the art of Luis Royo and Brom.

Burned Skull (Fiery Grin) Art Poster Print Review

Burned Skull (Fiery Grin) Art Poster Print

My teenage son is getting into a "skull and fire" phase, so when I saw this poster I knew he would proudly display this in his room. Though I am past the "fire and skulls" phase, I do have to admit this is a neat image and one I do not mind him having in his room on display.
This poster is a good size, larger than the average post you see in store displays. The colors are vivid with a good amount of detail that really adds depth to the overall print quality.
