(More customer reviews)I have the Home Depot Arrow gazebo for 3 years and needed a replacement cover. First of all it is hard to find a replacement, so when I came across Garden Winds, I ordered it. I have the original stickers so I made double sure this was the replacement. Ground shipping cost me $13 and was here in 4 days. The description specifically says better fabric than original. It wasn't. It is the same stuff as original. The top tier was too small and didn't fit. I got it to work by leaving one of the four spines not locked into it's holder. The bottom tier fit. It doesn't even keep a mild rain out as good as the original.
I could send it back, but I would be out $25 and no cover. It works but I'm disappointed. Maybe it will stretch out. I could buy the same gazebo new for $200 and get all new metal, covers, and side nets. Doesn't seem right does it.

This replacement canopy is custom designed for the Home Depot Arrow gazebo model number 61821 or HD-61821. This gazebo was sold at Home Depot and Home Decorator's Collection for the past several years. Garden Winds recommends that you purchase this canopy only if you have this particular gazebo. This canopy will not fit any other gazebo. This gazebo was sold at Home Depot under the name Arrow Gazebo (Item #61821). This signature indicators for this gazebo are: (1) finials located on the four corner posts and the center top of the gazebo; (2) shelves on each of the four corner posts; (3) hanging candle lantern; (4) triple arrow spears on each corner bracket panel; (5) the top tier measures 38" square; (6) the bottom tier measures 118" square. (More customer reviews)I bought this brand new...and it is already broken. I never even got a chance to use it! I took it out once to see how it looked..nice but very heavy!!! I mean VERY heavy! Then this week I took it out again to get ready for a craft show..and thought my husband and I could set it up to do a trial run..and pow..all these arms in the tresses were bending and then broke..one after the other. 4 total. I checked on replacement parts and it is $19 for each...and I need 4! One steel piece almost hit me in the eye as it totally snapped. I was careful setting it up! Now what am I going to do? It is made of steel. Heavy duty...I mean heavy...not sure about the duty...maybe heavy doody is more like it!
It is horrible..and i took pictures of what happened. I would like a replacement frame immediately...as I don't know what to do with the nice canvas roof/walls/etc.... I hope the company will come through...but there is no way I can even send back the broken one...it is just too heavy...no joke!

10 x 30 White Party Tent Gazebo Canopy with Sidewalls Review

(More customer reviews)After reading several reviews for this tent, we knew when we purchased it that we were taking a bit of a risk. However, given the amazingly cheap price compared to other similarly-sized tents, we decided to go ahead and give it a try. The shipping was fast, and we were able to track the tent as it traveled to us. When the box arrived, it was pretty banged up, and had a huge hole in one end. Once we sorted through all the pieces, we were only short one of the 8 feet - not a major deal. We were able to build the tent, with the provided VERY bare-bone directions (it took about 2 hours, with 2 adults and a bunch of helping hands from kids) and it looked great once it was up! However, do NOT plan on being able to use this tent if there is much of a wind - the poles are extremely light-weight, and we did have some bend under high gusts. Along with the fact that the pieces were lightweight, some of them did not "click" together as they are supposed to, so until we got the tent well staked-down, they tended to pull apart, which made building it a bit frustrating. The canopy and sidewalls are made of a lightweight tarp, but since they're white, they look better up than you'd think.
Tent worked wonderfully for our evening party, and came in handy when light rains came through the area. After the party (because I didn't have enough time before it), I called Golf Outlets of America with my order number, and told them the tent had arrived missing one foot, and that several of the poles were bent. The CS rep took all of my information, and within a week, I had replacement parts at no cost to me! Very responsive and receptive. Overall, extremely pleased with the product. Yes, it's a lightweight tent, and yes, it's not of the greatest quality. HOWEVER, take a look at what else is out there... if you only need this for occasional use - it's the perfect solution!

(More customer reviews)I spent a lot of time researching many different tents, and tent companies to purchase a tent for my first juried craft show!!! I was very nervous about it because it was an outdoor Christmas Craft Fair held the first week in December. I didn't have the budget to spend all kinds of money on one, and felt that Caravan seemed to have the best reviews. The ETA for delivery on the one I thought most appropriate was 3-4 weeks - I had spent too much time debating the purchase and was down to the wire with only 1 1/2 weeks left until the show. So...I decided to go with this one as my second choice. I think the value for the $ is terrific!!! It shipped in no time (3 business days), and was easy to set up (after we stopped trying to follow the confusing directions and winged it)!!! The carry bag is good and sturdy too! I took special care in preparing for questionable weather (as directed by the event manager for the show). I purchased additional heavier duty tent stakes from my local Walmart for $4, and devised my own leg weights filling buckets I had with playground sand that I purchased from Lowes (2 50lb. bags). It's a darn good thing I did because everything I feared weather wise happened! Unseasonable cold, snow and wind (it was 55 degrees 2 days prior to the show)!!! The tent hung in there despite the horrible weather much to my relief for the whole 48 hours (it was a 2 day show)!!!!! I would definitely recommend this tent to people like myself - I don't know how long it will hold up down the road, but I think it was the right purchase for someone like me just starting out!!! Eventually, if I continue the Craft Fair route, I would like to spend a little more and purchase a tent with zipped sides. The vendors that had them seemed much more protected from the elements, as well as more comfortable. The only thing I could suggest as far as improvement would be a better fastening system for the sides to the legs. The plastic clips don't fit well, and break easily if stepped on. I hope this is helpful and saves hours of research for somebody out there!

(More customer reviews)I have just completed the instalation of my 10'X20' Garage. I am very pleased with the product, purchased because a friend has had one for over 10 years and replaced the cover only once due to a branch falling through it during an ice storm.
I would like to offer one suggestion to buyers: go directly to Lowes and by 32, 31/2"X1/4" carriage bolts! The time you spend buying them will shorten your instalation time by 50%, as the 3" bolts that come with the unit give you only about 1/2 a thread to start the nut......this is nearly impossible if you are setting it up on anything but a perfectly level, hard surface as the parts will NOT go together tightly enough for you to get the nuts started. VERY FRUSTRATING!
This is not a permanent structure, and I don't have unrealistic expectations for it lasting too long, but if it lasts for 3 years I will have paid $8.00/month for three times as much storage place as renting a 8'X12' shed for $45-60/mo.
Watch the instalation video at the Shelter Logic website. It will help, but don't expect YOURS to go up that easily.
**Don't put the lower cross braces on early as directed in the instructions..it's a waste of time and has to be all taken apart again!
