Unfortunately they never did. There was no contact info on the company too so i could not follow-up on it The product itself is pretty nice but i am disappointed thatI was not able to choose colors or personalize it.

(More customer reviews)Would not recommend this product and wish if it hadn't fallen apart I could have returned it. The inside glass is smaller than the frame size and has a cardboard border to make up the difference. The border fell off after trying to insert first set of pictures. What's going to happen every year when updating with pictures? Had to hold everything together with a bunch of scotch tape and new cardboard. The pictures have to be taped to the metal plate which is uneven and hard to attach and the pictures don't lay flat so it looks sloppy. I haven't even been able to use it because it's just a piece of junk. Poorly designed.

Apparently they ran out of the matte, which they did tell me, but they did not keep me up to date as to when I would be receiving my items. I ordered 2 and when they arrived one was broken with the wrong color matte. They replaced and everything worked out for the best.

High quality double mat. One slot for each grade (K-12). The senior picture will go in the middle. When the slots aren't used up, it still looks nice! You can place this anywhere in your home. More color options available on Amazon: Girl - white with pink accent, Boy - white with blue accent Dimensions: 11x14 with 12 wallet slots (approx. 1.75"H x 1.5"W) and 1 slot for 5x7 (in the middle). Wallet slots are designed to crop in wallet photo and leave out empty space on the sides of the picture.
