(More customer reviews)I purchased this shadowbox as a way to commemorate my son's first trip to Disneyland. Although expensive, it was exactly what I was looking for to hold pictures, tickets, pins, etc. When I received the product, a bent hinge had been installed preventing the box from staying closed in the display position. When I contacted the company, they would only replace it after I had paid another $9.95 in shipping (keep in mind you are paying $39.95 for the product and $9.95 in shipping the first time for a product you would hope is quality). After several emails, they finally agreed to give me store credit for $9.95 if the frame did have a default in their opinion. Well, I certainly don't need to spend anymore money with them, so I guess I have to keep my $50 hunk of junk and hope my husband can figure out how to fix it. I'm pretty disappointed with both the quality and the customer service I received.
