(More customer reviews)Got this frame, actually we got 2, because they only sell it in a 2-pack. On was for us and we decided to give the other to some friends of ours also celebrating their 25th Anniv. Unfortunately our was broken on arrival, the little oval that says "The Way We'll Always Be" was broken. I contacted Christmas Central and they said they'd send me a replacement and didn't even require that I send the broken one back, (which was nice to not have to pay return shipping). The only negative is that there was some kind of snafu and it took 4 weeks to get the replacement, but it just arrived. They were great to deal with.
