(More customer reviews)I ordered three frames, and the *middle* frame was the one with broken glass. Why use glass instead of plastic, I don't know. Customer service was understanding and didn't even ask me to return the item; it was replaced free of charge and I thank them for this. But the replacement came with broken glass as well! The packaging looks good, with the air-bubble packets, so the glass must be too fragile. If it comes intact, it looks great, so of course I've kept the first two, but I haven't even asked Amazon to replace the broken "replacement." I'll get another frame to be the third one instead.
