They arrived damaged (ends of frames were chipped and the front of one frame had a gash in it); and, because the frames were packaged SO WELL, I could only assume the damage was there BEFORE THE FRAMES WERE PACKAGED. I did call the company and spoke with Malki. He said he would send two new frames. The two new frames took at least two weeks to come.....and they arrived with the wrong color matting. Additionally, they were both dusty and dirty. I will not order from this company again. I think it's basically "POT LUCK!!"
