I was upset because I am away from home right now and I heard from my wife that she received a rolled up poster in the mail (wasn't exactly my plan for a surprise anniversery gift,) she wasn't complaining, however I was upset because I was under the impression that my wife would receive a nice framed poster of her favorite show Tudors in the mail (a pleasant surprise, and what I ordered), not a rolled up poster with no frame.
When I complained over this issue with you, you corrected it as soon as possible, sent my wife the nice frame for the poster, and gave me a discount. You even offered to send me another poster for free, but I said, "No thank you."
I thank you for your great customer service, and I'm sure I'll order more from you soon to add to a growing collection.
