(More customer reviews)My first attempt to order picture frames online. The packaging, cushioning was very good. My only complaint is that the actual color is darker than I thought - black almost. I thought it would be a brownish red color. Now, I can't use the frames in the rooms I intended to use them for. I have to pick another set of frames.
