Jon Bon Jovi is the lead singer of American rock and roll band Bon Jovi. Bon Jovi was formed in 1983, in Sayerville, New Jersey and is made up of Bon Jovi on vocals, guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres, and bassist Hugh McDonald. Their first two albums, Bon Jovi, and 7800 Degrees Farenheit, produced modest hits, including the single Runaway. Their breakthrough album was 1986's Slippery When Wet which included three hit singles, You Give Love a Bad Name, Livin on A Prayer, and Wanted Dead or Alive. Their other recognizable hits include, Bad Medicine, Keep the Faith, Always, It's My Life, Have a Nice Day, Who Says You Can't Go Home, and We Weren't Born To Follow. Bon Jovi continues to tour and record extensively.
