(More customer reviews)I wasn't going to review this product since I had to return it within minutes of it arriving, but I must have received 10 emails now asking me to review it.
My frame arrived broken in half and the glass shattered. This was the day before "grandpa's" birthday. We were extremely disappointed and had to run out to another store to make an alternate purchase. The damage was caused by the fact that Amazon packaged the product packaging within a much larger box and inserted only a single air pillow - WHICH WAS COMPLETELY FLAT. My wife and I both agreed that the packager HAD to know the air pillow was flat and simply just didn't put any effort into packaging this product properly.
Needless to say, we were very disappointed in this purchase - at least Amazon pays for return shipping and refunded properly!
