(More customer reviews)For the price, it was a great deal! I bought it to use in my classroom. My students are currently painting their own version of The Scream, so it was nice to have a large visual reference. The only issue was that it is a little bit grainy looking. But is was inexpensive, delivered quickly, and large enough to use in the classroom.

The Scream has been the target of several high-profile art thefts. In 1994, the version in the National Gallery of Norway was stolen. It was recovered several months later. In 2004, The Scream and Madonna were stolen from the Munch Museum. Both paintings were recovered in 2006. They had sustained some damage and went back on display in May 2008, after undergoing restoration.
