(More customer reviews)I prefer to print my photos in their original aspect ratio of 3:2 as 8X12s, I started using these frames as they are one of the few frames that I could get reliably that support this ratio. All the frames arrived unbroken. I have had instances in the past where the corner of the frame was damaged. I have also read comments that some have had issued with the glass falling out as it is inserted from the front and held in place by tension. I have used a couple dozen of these frames and have never had this problem. I appreciate the form factor of these frames as they really let the photos speak for themselves.

It came looking like it might have been dropped in the shipping process (it was well wrapped and packaged but obviously hit the ground on the corner and got a chip). I was so sad because the frame was absolutely gorgeous. The seller immediately sent me another, perfect frame with their sincerest apologies for any inconvenience. The frame looks wonderful on my wall, gorgeous dark walnut color and a very affordable price. I am so pleased with this product.

(More customer reviews)When ordering our daughter's senior pictures, the photographer mentioned that the pictures would be sized at 8x12 (or 5x9 or 12x18...). I didn't think much about it until they arrived. They were beautiful! Then I tried finding frames to fit the unusual sizes. Standard sizing here in CA would be 8x10 and not a store around sold the odd sizes. Professional framing was out of the question due to the cost. I Googled the frame size and found the exact sized frames on Amazon from Craig Frames, Inc. I ended up ordering five frames, two different styles. Not only were they inexpensive, the quality is outstanding! I would highly recommend the site as well as the frame shown here.
