(More customer reviews)It's hard to find 20x30 frames in stores that aren't the thin plastic ones so I decided to give this one a try. It's a nice lightweight frame and my print fit perfectly inside. It came with screw eyes and wire but since screw eyes don't lay flat against the back of frames I'll probably buy something different. A really nice frame or custom framing can run well over a hundred dollars so for $23 including shipping I'm pleased with what I got.

The frame opens up in the back via small metal clasps. The clasps must be opened up in order to allow the user to remove the cardboard backing. Once the backing has been removed, simply slide in your picture, or poster into the frame.
I purchased this frame in order to frame an 11x17 poster I had lying around the house for several months now. Worried about the sight, and possible damage, that my poster would develop if it was hung unprotected, I decided to purchase a frame that could possibly provide quality at a relatively low price. No local stores carry any frames in the 11x17 dimensions (the closest measurements I could locate were 16x20). Stumbling across this product was a blessing. The size is perfect for my 11x17 poster, and the frame looks gorgeous on the wall. Its color and design accentuates the poster, as well as the wall. The image appears more vibrant due to the frame's dark border, and the wall looks more spacious at the same time.
Whether being hung vertically or horizontally, this frame will look gorgeous on your wall. The black border adds a touch of class and livens up the image placed within the frame. No longer do I have to stare at a bare poster hung on my wall. I was really excited that it came in so fast. The wood was nicely finished, the details were beautiful, and hanging it up was real easy. The only downer...It was WARPED!!! Because the frame was kind of off...my dad had to put big heavy books on one side of the frame to try to make it straight again, because the picture would have not fit in it. So again, it was beautiful except for the warped part.

(More customer reviews)I like the style of this frame and the general look but I felt very mislead when I took it out of the package and the frame is not real wood. "Made with quality materials in the USA" and "Mahogany" isn't very specific so I just assumed quality wood stained to look like Mahogany. It is a press board with essentially a wood printed sticker on it. It is well done and is of quality. The seams are nice and sharp and tight and the frame feels sturdy. From a distance you can't really tell, but if you will be hanging this where someone can get close with it you might consider a real wood frame.

I was not going to get them custom framed (too expensive), so I was looking for something nice and less costly. These are great! The size is perfect, the wood frame has a great distressed look (which goes with my decor), and they are very light weight. It should be noted that the "glass" is not glass, but more of a Plexi-glass, but I prefer this since it does make it lighter in weight and has less of a glare when light hits it than glass. Overall, I am very satisfied with this item.
