Just thought others might benefit from knowing for sure that they aren't wood.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this frame off of a friend's Wish List as a thank you gift. I'm glad I opened the package before I gave it to her because the frame was horribly ugly. First of all, the entire package was covered in "Made in China" stickers. When I took the frame out, it was not at all colorful and "Tiffany" style as shown in the picture. Instead, it was mostly grey colored, looked like cut-out plastic instead of glass, and was totally flimsy. The metal detailing was really think and very slopping looking. After paying $35 for this frame plus shipping, there was no way I was going to keep it. If you're looking for something pretty and classy for your photos or a gift for someone, DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME.

(More customer reviews)I purchased several of these frames and they are exceptional. Each opening can be opened separately so you are not trying to fit all your pictures together at once. Put in one picture - see if it works - then try something else. You can use different backgrounds - I used some consstruction paper to create colored backgrounds for smaller pictures.
Recently a relative passed away and I came into boxes of pictures - some I had never seen. I purchased these frames so I could do a wall of pictures featuring different people and animals. For example, for myself I put in a picture of my 2nd birthday party, a picture of Christmas when I was 8, a picture of my parents holding me when I was about 2, a picture when I was 40 and a picture of my beautiful Persian cat, Ramses who has gone to "cat heaven." Sort of my story.
I am going to do one on my parents and one on cats. I think they will look great on a wall that has been selected for this project.
These frames are not flimsy and easy to hang.

Kodakgallery doesn't make them in that size. I will have to mat the pic I plan on using but it won't look as good. I'll try to post pics when I'm done...

(More customer reviews)I got the picture frame place card holders for my wedding. As I am sure many of brides want ease when planning a wedding these frames caused unexpected frustration. Each frame is individually wrapped in plastic and then in a box. Each box is wrapped within a box and all of your frames are wrapped in a big box. So, that in itself takes awhile to undo but they did come in good shape and looked nice. On the back of each frame is a stickers that is almost impossible to take off. The only thing that worked was wetting each sticker a bit and using my nails. 2 weeks before my wedding I didn't have 6 hours to take off these stickers and ruin my nails. It is hard to say whether I think anyone else should get the frames bc they are nice and look more expensive than what they are. On the other hand, 6 hours is a hefty amount of time to take off stickers that are placed on each frame. Just beware of the time frame and set aside time to take the stickers off.

(More customer reviews)This frame is really lovely and well made for the price. Nice color and sturdy. Getting your photos in was just a bit tricky because of the metal work-- I scratched up one of my photos the first time (but it was one I printed myself so not a big deal). I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase because it looks so lovely... just wish there were more frames in this style by the company (more stars please!) in different configurations. The image openings are slightly larger than 4 x 6, especially if you are printing your own on 4 x 6 photo paper. I printed 5 x 7 pictures and cropped them down to make sure no border showed.
ETA: The frame is not quite as pictured in the listing. The listing picture makes it look like it's mounted on a flat base of some kind. The actual frame has an easel prop stand (same metal as rest of frame) on the back. I actually prefer it that way but FYI for anyone looking at purchasing.
