(More customer reviews)My family is rapidly expanding, which means tons of wallet sized pictures that don't fit in my wallet. This frame was EXACTLY what was needed. The frame looks really nice on my wall and the windows for the pictures are perfect sized. I have mine framed vertically.
However, the little hooks that hold the back of the frame are pretty unstable. Some feel as if they are going to fall off. Some actually did. 2 were already off when it came out of the box and some were pretty loose. I didnt return it, just bc there are like 20 of those hooks back there, and I just tightened the loose ones and forgave the fallen ones.
I do think that this frame was a bit overpriced as the frame material it self is made of plastic and the hooks were so unstable, initially.

(More customer reviews)This product was extremely cheaply made; I was looking for an inexpensive frame, but this was beyond that. Not worth the $25; maybe $5 or $10 at the most! When I took it out of the box it was already cracked partially. And when we tried to hang it up and move it, pieces of the frame fell apart. We ended up super-gluing it together to make it work. The matting portion was warped badly too. I was only hanging it in my daughter's room so it will suffice; however, if I was going to be hanging it in a more public place I definitely would have returned it!

It seriously not exaggerating at all took over a month and a half for them to even ship this product. and for that reason alone i would not recommend this product through JAF Gifts at all. So unless you are ordering though a dif company i wouldnt even bother.

I sent it back for a replacement and when the second one arrived the delivery person asked me at the door if I wanted to refuse it because you could hear it rolling around in the box. I knew it was also broken glass again so I refused the delivery and asked for a refund. The packageing was very poor. If they had not arrived broken it would have been a nice frame.

The backs of each frame were difficult to remove, especially the frames in the middle. The set is flimsy and light, feeling as if it's made of cardboard almost. I would pay maybe $10 for this frame, no more.

(More customer reviews)THis is a gorgeous frame but when it arrived it was wrapped in a thin cardboard box with no padding. I could hear shards of glass sliding around inside and didn't even bother opening it. I exchanged it for another, hoping I'd have better luck the second time, or that the folks at Amazon would get a clue and pack it better. Well, it arrived intact; however, there was a tear in the matt. So I thought the third time would be a charm, and wouldn't you know the item had SOLD OUT and I probably won't be able to find another suitable frame in time for Christmas (I'd planned to display the pics of a trip my sister and I took to Egypt, and give it to her as a gift)! VERY frustrating experience, very unprofessional of Amazon, a total bust. Amazon sucks. Don't know if I'll ever order anything but books or CDs from them again.

There are a few adjustments that you will need to make to them when they come in the mail. When I got mine the metal latches were crooked; (not bend out of shape, just tilted), so I had to straighten them out, but that wasn't hard. These are great frames and well worth the price I paid!

The backing is also pretty cheap and hard to hang on the wall. In my opinion, it is not worth the $40 I spent on it. I could have found similar quality for much cheaper if I had known what I was going to get. The only plus is the glass panels, which were delivered in good quality.

When my mother recieved it the edges were chipped and partially broken off. It was an easy repair but I think it's made from a pretty cheap material. Regardless, it looks really cool.
