(More customer reviews)My family is rapidly expanding, which means tons of wallet sized pictures that don't fit in my wallet. This frame was EXACTLY what was needed. The frame looks really nice on my wall and the windows for the pictures are perfect sized. I have mine framed vertically.
However, the little hooks that hold the back of the frame are pretty unstable. Some feel as if they are going to fall off. Some actually did. 2 were already off when it came out of the box and some were pretty loose. I didnt return it, just bc there are like 20 of those hooks back there, and I just tightened the loose ones and forgave the fallen ones.
I do think that this frame was a bit overpriced as the frame material it self is made of plastic and the hooks were so unstable, initially.

(More customer reviews)I rate this very low only because the first one I got was broken with it arrived. I sent it back for a replacement and when the second one arrived the delivery person asked me at the door if I wanted to refuse it because you could hear it rolling around in the box. I knew it was also broken glass again so I refused the delivery and asked for a refund. The packageing was very poor. If they had not arrived broken it would have been a nice frame.

(More customer reviews)The back is all one piece so if you want to update a picture you have to turn all the little metal do-hickies that keep the backing in place, pry off the whole back, replace your picture, make sure the do-hickies are still out of the way and all of the glass pieces are in place so you don't break them while you are pushing the back back into place, and then swivel all the little do-hickies back into place. Whew! Make sure you have the pictures going the right way! It does look good when you're done.

There are a few adjustments that you will need to make to them when they come in the mail. When I got mine the metal latches were crooked; (not bend out of shape, just tilted), so I had to straighten them out, but that wasn't hard. These are great frames and well worth the price I paid!

(More customer reviews)I was about to purchase this item and then realized there is no way it is 10" x 9.75" and holds 3 4x6 pictures and 2 5x5 pics. Its mathmatically impossible. The Bealls site says it holds pics that are 2 4x4 and 3 2.5x2.5 which is better but still seems incorect. Just a warning...

When we got home and got it out to wrap, I noticed all kind of blemishes on the frame and scratches on the glass. I was really upset, so my hubby got on Amazon and found the EXACT frame. It didn't take long to receive and the frame was PERFECT! Nothing wrong with the frame or glass. This was such an improvement! The only thing I regret is not getting online to do it in the first place. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE AMAZON!
