I bought this poster for my sons "space room" that I did for him. This is such a great poster that the room would not be complete without it. The rich details make it special and cool to show all his friends.

Earth and Moon (From Space) Art Poster Print Review

This is a small, lovely poster; on receiving it, I noticed that Peru/Chile/Venezuela are green, while the Amazon rainforest of Brazil is tan... probably colored artificially by computer. Still pretty to have on the wall, though.

Earth is the third planet from the Sun, and the largest of the terrestrial planets in the Solar System in terms of diameter, mass and density. It is also referred to as the World and Terra. Home to millions of species, including humans, Earth is the only place in the universe where life is known to exist. The planet formed 4.54 billion years ago, and life appeared on its surface within a billion years. Earth interacts with other objects in outer space, including the Sun and the Moon. Human cultures have developed many views of the planet, including personification as a deity, a belief in a flat Earth, and a modern perspective of the world as an integrated environment that requires stewardship.

Periodic Table of Elements (Educational) Art Poster Print Review

Periodic Table of Elements (Educational) Art Poster Print

I had the same experience of ordering this poster from this seller. Ordered on December 3rd to have as a Christmas present. It didn't show up after a couple of weeks so I contacted them and was told the Post Office had damaged the item and another was being shipped out. I got the poster the day after Christmas and it was a map of the world. The letter that came with it said they were out of stock and to please accept this "very rare" map poster. When I called to complain they said the poster I wanted was now magically in stock and they were sending it out right away. Another 2 weeks later and no poster so I contacted them yet again, this time to demand a refund. They claimed the poster they had sent didn't have a tracking number for some reason (yeah, right) and they could send another one out right away. I finally got a full refund after 6 weeks of my original order. Stay away from Adam Hersh posters, Amazon should dump them off their vendor list for poor business practices and trying to scam customers.

The periodic table of the chemical elements is a tabular method of displaying the chemical elements. Its invention is generally credited to Russian chemist Dmitri Mendeleev in 1869. The periodic table is now ubiquitous within the academic discipline of chemistry, providing an extremely useful framework to classify, systematize and compare all the many different forms of chemical behavior.

Large Pin Art/Black Review

Large Pin Art/Black

I always do my homework by reading the amazon reviews for items I plan to buy. I read about the poor construction of this toy, but given a lack of other choices, I decided to take my chances anyway and hope for the best. Sure enough, 2 of the 6 pins holding this toy together were broken upon arrival. Instead of going through the return hassle, I just moved the 4 good pins to the corners for now to keep it secure, and I'll look for my own hardware to fix it myself. There was no box damage at all; this toy just isn't very durable. If you decide to buy anyway, I hope you are luckier than I was!

The quality of this poster could not be worse. The quality of the image is horrific (it looks like it is a very tiny image enlarged--all the pixels are visible as huge and undefined squares) and the colors are messed up. This poster went straight to the trashcan, unfortunately.

NASA Space Shuttle mission Poster Print Review

NASA Space Shuttle mission Poster Print

I ordered this item expecting it to look like, well the photo. What a novel concept, huh? The actual paper it's on may be 13 x 19 inches, however, the image itself is much smaller. It looks like someone printed this overpriced, worthless image (I refuse to call it a poster) on a home printer. I had to cut away the excess white border which just makes it look that much more gaudy. The image isn't even centered squarely on the paper and their is little luster like the photo suggests. This product is a complete waste of money and an utter disaster. Amazon would be wise to yank garbage like this off their site as it reflects poorly on them.

American Astronauts landed on the moon for the first time in 1969, on NASA's Apollo 11 mission.

Our Solar System (Planets) Art Poster Print Review

Our Solar System (Planets) Art Poster Print
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
this is a good solar system poster because it shows the planets in size relation to each other and 'in order' from the sun, as we learn about them. It was better than many planet posters I found that seem to have no rhyme or reason to the planets scattered all over the page. The paper is good quality and the seller shipped quickly and packed well.

The Solar System consists of the Sun and the other celestial objects gravitationally bound to it: the eight planets, their 165 known moons, three currently identified dwarf planets (including Pluto) and their four known moons, and billions of small bodies. In order of their distances from the Sun, the planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
